Can any advise me please? We have had the old Tom Tom go 300 forever and she still works!! However we have just brought a Start 60!! After about 3 weeks of phone call etc had to have it exchanged as it would not connect!!!! Today HOOORAY it works!!

Hi Elvira666, The voice Yoda is compatible with your Start60. No problem to use it. If you still have stored the voice on your computer you can upload it via MyDriveConnect / Add Community Content. Here a guide how to do: target='_self + click on Devices using MyDrive If you don´t have Yoda anymore you can get the voice n the store: target='_self and install it via MyDrive. Hi If the Yoda voice is still on you old device the File Transfer Assistant is probably your easier option. See the link to the File Transfer Assistant at the bottom of the post, in this link target='_blank download and run the File Transfer Assistant connect your old device and follow the on screen instructions, when you get to the stage to connect your Start 60 you will be given tick boxes to choose which of the content you wish to transfer.
