Jacsmar, The 4610 has several common routines. One of these common routines is CR.BUFFER.GUILOTINE This routine buffers the guillotine cuts written to the receipt station. I believe you need to be sure that this routine is inserted in the printing program in order for the guilllotine mechanism to cut. The routine should have the following defination: SUB CR.BUFFER.GUILLOTINE PUBLIC The other routine is: DO.GUILLOTINE.CUT Also simply listen to hear if the knife mechanism is trying to activate after printing a receipt.
